Our 141 and Part 61 flight school currently operates a fleet ranging from a single engine, multi-engine, and turbine aircraft. You will find our school operates the Cessna 152/172, Citabria, Piper Seminole,  and King Air aircraft. Our instructors are standardized in all types of aircraft based on the ratings they hold.  All of Sierra Academy’s aircraft are certified under the FAA 141 syllabus.

Duties and Requirements:

• Receives and issues documents for aircraft and Simulators.

• Operates in our electronic training record's system; cancellations, and moves scheduled events as required.

• Problem solves throughout the day for shortages of equipment.

• Communicates and coordinates changes on the daily schedule to ensure maximum efficiency of use of available resources.

• Ensure that any maintenance discrepancy reported by Flight Instructor are going to be notified to the Point Of Contact in Maintenance according  to the flow chart and procedures described in the Sierra Operation Manual.

• Monitor the flight activities through the flight activity tracking system and coordinate assistance services to the pilots. 

• Perform additional duties required by management.

Full time position (usually Mon-Friday but might require working on the weekend)

8 Hours a day (starting time and ending time may vary according to the operations time)
