About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Mechanic to join our maintience team. The Aircraft Mechanic will be resposible for performing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance on a fleet of general aviation aircraft used for flight training. This role is critical to ensuring the airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our aircraft, supporting our mission to provide high-quality aviation training to students from around the world.

Some key responsibilities are;

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer's manuals,  and company procedures.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrica;, and avionics issues to ensure proper operation.

  • Conduct airframe, engine, and component repairs and replacements as needed. 

  • Maintain accurate and timely maintenance records, logs, and paperwork.

Requirements

  • Valid FAA Aircraft, Powerplant (A&P), and IA (preferred) Certificate

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, airframes, powerplants, and maintenance practices.

  • Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time,
