What is the uniform policy or dress code?
Sierra operates a professional training environment for domestic (U.S) and international students. During training, students should maintain a professional/business casual appearance and adhere to the following dress code:
For FAA Part 61 operations (Private pilot, instrument/commercial/ME ratings, CFI, CFII, or MEI) student will be dressed in business casual attire. (Polo shirt or Sierra polo shirt, dress shirts, slacks/pants/Khaki style, dress jeans (without holes) blouses, sweaters, button down, closed-toe shoes, etc..
For the Professional Airline Pilot Program (FAA Part 141) students will be dressed in an airline style uniform. (White pilot shirt, epaulets, black tie, black belt, black pants, black shoes, and black socks).
